Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to represent two of Leicester’s most exciting rooftop destinationsMiradora Rooftop and LSQ Rooftop. From intimate private dining to large-scale celebrations, you’ll be the key player in growing our bookings, building relationships, and showcasing our stunning venues to the city and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow group dining, private hire, and events at both venues
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community contacts
  • Actively source and secure new business through networking, outreach, and creative marketing
  • Respond to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings while maximising revenue
  • Represent the rooftops at networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Work closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or leisure (multi-site experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of the Leicester market and existing local connections
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, target-driven, and proactive
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required
