KEY DUTIES
- Apply evaluation techniques across diverse contexts, lead specialist areas, and write structured, insightful reports.
- Manage projects, clients, and teams across evaluation life cycle; contribute to proposals and business growth.
- Support junior staff development, provide line management, and build strong, lasting client relationships.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
