We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join the Redbridge autism assessment team. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to be part of our team and contribute to the future of our service., * Contribute to the provision of Speech and Language Therapy and autism assessment in Redbridge.

To contribute to multi-disciplinary team working to ensure co-ordinated service provision.

Administer comprehensive formal and informal assessments and make differential diagnoses on the basis of assessment findings.

Develop and deliver evidence-based intervention programmes, adapting and facilitating therapy according to client-centred needs.

Independently organise, plan and prioritise your workload and caseload.

Provide specialist knowledge, advice, training and teaching to parents/carers, education staff, multidisciplinary team members and other colleagues.

Attend relevant training courses, meetings and Clinical Excellence Networks (CENs) related to autism.
This post attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,551 and a maximum payment of £5,735 per annum pro rata).
