US firm housed in the heart of the City is looking to hire a new Managing Partner PA to work within the Finance team on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting the Managing Partner and wider team alongside another Legal PA.
- Up to £55,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
- 9:30am to 5:30pm
Managing Partner PA Key Responsibilities:
- Type revise and finalize Word documents, including correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, reports and other legal and non-legal related items for the firm’s practice and administrative areas
- Create and/or revise Adobe, Word forms, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
- Partner diary management which involves working across different time zones
- Partner inbox management and filing
- Onboarding new clients, opening new matters, and drafting engagement letters
- Billing and invoicing of clients
- Proactively updating and maintaining client information on InterAction
- Processing of expenses
Managing Partner PA Key Skills & Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Corporate / Finance Legal PA
- Strong document skills with regards to cleaning, formatting, and styling word documents
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work within a team
