We’re hiring for a Data Integrity Director as part of dentsu in London .
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to support & lead the transformation of media data processes and culture, through the deployment of Dentsu Connect’s Taxonomy Suite and Data Refinery, along with the design and implementation of a thorough learning & development programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key senior point of contact regarding Taxonomy Suite and Data Refinery roll-out across all clients in scope
- Ensuring the solutions are being deployed and adopted at pace, according to quarterly targets
- Working with Data integrity lead on critical thinking methodology to ensure that the output and data integrity approaches land with success & sustainably
- Creating content: work alongside the Data Integrity Lead to design, plan & deploy a long-term data literacy L&D programme that will improve the skillset, knowledge and confidence of data throughout the dentsu UK media practice area
- Manage a team of data engineers and supporting implementation team to ensure that rollout of data integrity initiatives and aftercare/BAU are implemented and designed successfully
- Support the Data Integrity lead the standardisation and automation opportunities thereby reducing dentsu’s reliance on 3rd parties
Qualifications + Skills
- Extensive experience in data management, ideally in the Media industry
- Excellent understanding of good data practices with both drive and vision to implement change in both processes and mentalities
- Experience in leading multi-facetted projects with a wide range of deliverables
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative, pro-active, diligent, and thorough with the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 2-3 days per week -flexible.
