The Gig
We need a General Manager who\’s equal parts leader, host, and fixer-of-everything . Someone who can keep the team inspired, the guests delighted, and the business booming – all while making it look effortless (and maybe cracking the occasional joke).

- Make sure the pub is safe, compliant, and always looking its best
