Shepherd Neame is looking for a General Manager with personality to join our team. If you have previous experience managing a team in hospitality or a service-led environment and seek a rewarding challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Located in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers 18 luxurious bedrooms, some with sea-view balconies. Guests can enjoy dining at the Quarterdeck restaurant or relaxing at the Boathouse bar with its terrace and garden overlooking the sea.
As a brand ambassador, you will foster an inclusive culture, lead and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service, and work with your Operations Manager to achieve business objectives, growth, and customer satisfaction.
