The Information, Facilities and Service team supports our client in achieving its strategic objectives by ensuring first-class IS services, effective information management, and a suitable property portfolio for colleagues\’ work.
The post holder will have a diverse background in technical applications and infrastructure, demonstrated project management skills, excellent vendor management, and leadership abilities. They will be responsible for delivering and developing future IT strategies, operational service management processes, and ensuring quality, efficiency, productivity, and agility goals are met.
The Associate Director of IT & Digital Services will drive team integration, capacity building, training, knowledge transfer, and information management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, coordination, and planning for the IT team, supporting and developing team members.
- Own, develop, and deliver the IT strategy, coordinating team activities and resource allocation.
- Manage governance, reporting, systems, controls, and refine the strategy; oversee resources, finances, and engagement strategies.
- Develop continuous improvement programs to adapt and enhance technology services in line with business needs.
