Job Overview
PERM Compliance Manager, Manchester City Centre.
Mon to Fri,£45,000 + DOE.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor legislative developments and security industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational practices
- Lead investigations into breaches or irregularities
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and HR teams to drive awareness
- Deliver internal training to promote a culture of compliance
- Liaise with external regulators and certification bodies
- Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role (4+ years preferred)
- Solid understanding of UK security regulations, GDPR, and ISO standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
