This position combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, corporate hosting, and bespoke events for an elite global audience.
💼The Role
Reporting into senior commercial leadership, this individual will:
- Define and implement a long-term premium hospitality strategy, aligning with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of high-end hospitality offerings, including trackside clubs, corporate suites, and private event experiences.
- Manage the delivery of catering and F&B services, ensuring exceptional quality, sustainability, and innovative presentation.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, operations, and supplier partners to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure success, optimise profitability, and drive continuous improvement.
