A popular accessories retailer are looking for a merchandiser to join their team on a 3 month FTC.

In this role you’ll work closely with the Buying, Design, and Planning teams to build and deliver a compelling product range that meets customers\’ needs and reflects the latest trends. You’ll take ownership of department strategy, trade performance, and stock management—ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and build seasonal ranges in collaboration with the Buying and Design teams

Monitor trading performance and make in-season recommendations to maximise sales and profitability

Forecast and manage stock levels to minimise markdown and optimise sell-through

Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making

Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the accessories category

Liaise with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery and allocation

Support the wider team in delivering key projects and seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser within fashion retail (accessories experience highly desirable)

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a commercial mindset

Proficient in Excel and retail planning systems

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A passion for fashion and an eye for product

The salary is paying up to £44,000 accompanied by a range of benefits.
