We are excited to share an opportunity to join our People team as a People Change Partner.
Were looking for a motivated, confident individual to deliver a high quality HR service and programme of change across a defined client group. You will support in delivering change quickly, in a challenging and complex environment alongside ensuring provision of a high quality People Partnering service.
In this pivotal role, you will work in conjunction with the Senior HR Project Consultant and the school based HR support to deliver HR priorities across two academies.
You will lead on a range of employee relations issues and casework ensuring they are resolved at the earliest opportunity and in the best way possible for the organisation and staff, as well as supporting a number of change processes.
The responsibilities of this role combine employee relations case management, change management and business partnering.
This is a full time, remote role with regular travel to the London academies at least twice a week.

About You
We are looking for a candidate with experience in HR, employment law, business partnering and change management. You will be CIPD qualified or have strong generalist experience in a large, complex organisation. Excellent practical and procedural knowledge in employee relations is essential to the role.
Working across a range of enabling functions, you will have strong relationship management skills and experience of developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will be self-motivated, proactive to take initiative and lead by example. Ability to manage multiple streams of work and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
