Remote – This role is categorized as remote. The successful candidate may be based anywhere in the UK and is not expected to report to a GM worksite unless directed by their manager.

The Business Development Manager is the key communication channel and the most senior representative for Retail Partners on sales topics in their European Markets for Corvette Brands.
The main responsibilities include:
- Sales & Profit Optimization for Corvette Brand in the market
- Relationship Management for Corvette Brand in the market
- Supporting the Business Model for Corvette Brand in the market
Responsibilities:
- Sales Optimization (50%) : Ensure delivery of sales volume and contribution margin, implement strategies to deliver wholesale sales, maximize sales volume and market share, optimize dealer stock levels, execute product launches, and monitor industry trends.
- Relationship Management (40%) : Maintain and develop relationships with retail partners, support retail network strategies, protect financial interests, and liaise with HQ functions.
- Support Business Model (10%) : Leverage GM Europe functions for Corvette activities including sales, marketing, and network development.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Operational experience, product and commercial knowledge of automotive sales, marketing, and network functions.
- Leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, resilience, and ability to manage diversity.
Languages:
- Fluent English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian) are advantageous.
Experience and Education:
- BA or University degree in Economy or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years in international sales and marketing roles.
