This isnt your average customer service job. Youll be the friendly face of the Bee Network helping people get where they need to go, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure everyone has a great experience using public transport across Greater Manchester.
Your Role
Youll be based at one of our busy interchanges, working closely with our Operations Control Centre and Facilities team. Whether its giving directions, helping someone plan their journey, or making sure our spaces are safe and welcoming youll be right at the heart of it all. These vacancies are a mix of shift working roles which may involve weekend working and roles working various combinations of fixed hours.
Shifts Duty Hours Run Between
- MonSat: 7am11pm
- Sun: 10am5pm
- Bank Holidays: 10am6pm
We are looking to offer a variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle including some part-time, flexible, and term-time only roles.

Who are we?
Facilities Operations are responsible for the safe operation of TfGM\’s operational sites and for providing face to face help and assistance to the customers of the Bee Network.We are a frontline team for TfGM and the Bee Network and play a crucial role in the delivery of the Bee Network ensuring theservices and facilities remain accessible, safe and reliable.

What we can offer you
We have roles available with a salary of £28,069 per annum (pro rata for part time hours), plus 15% shift allowance for those for those working on a shift pattern, this means that as youll work on a rostered basis, well add an extra 15% onto your total pay for the month (not just for certain shifts).
