Maybe you have already done some unofficial training at work and found it to be something very rewarding that you would like to make into a career., + AAT level 4 is the very minimum.

  • A sound track record in working within an accountancy environment.

  • You must have dedicated work space at home where you can work undisturbed when you speak to your learners.

  • It is vital you have good, clear concise communication skills both written and verbal.

As an Accountancy Student Mentor you d be earning a starting salary of up to £40,000 and working 100% from home or in a hybrid role where you’d be out and about meeting your learners (max 50 miles radius from home) two days a week. Mileage paid from home.

You’d be joining an AAT and ACCA accredited training provider with an impressive background in developing accountancy professionals into becoming Accountancy Student Mentors.

You may not be completely au fait with the curriculum, but over time you would receive training in all aspects.

You would receive excellent train the trainer support and have the opportunity to study for training and assessing qualifications.

The role is full time, normal office hours – no weekends, no evenings just Monday to Friday.

Becoming an Accountancy Student Mentor is the first step on the the ladder to becoming a professional accountancy tutor.

Within apprenticeship training, there are great chances for career progression and the chance to acquire professional training qualifications and improve your salary level too.
