About the role:
As a Stock Controller, you\’ll play a key role in managing and reconciling stock movements-especially across cold store environments-ensuring accurate data, strong coordination with external partners, and alignment with internal supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all stock levels are accurate and reconcile physical vs theoretical figures
- Investigate and explain stock variances; track movement history
- Coordinate product movements, including cold store dispatch
- Liaise daily with cold stores to align on inventory and delivery updates
- Maintain and update stock tracker sheets with accuracy and consistency
- Take full ownership of stock management processes
- Support a smooth and efficient supply chain operation
What We\’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a supervisory/supply chain role
- Strong understanding of stock accuracy, numbers, and inventory processes
- Ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative
- Experience working with cold store operations (preferred but not essential)
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Food industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
