About the role:

As a Stock Controller, you\’ll play a key role in managing and reconciling stock movements-especially across cold store environments-ensuring accurate data, strong coordination with external partners, and alignment with internal supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all stock levels are accurate and reconcile physical vs theoretical figures
  • Investigate and explain stock variances; track movement history
  • Coordinate product movements, including cold store dispatch
  • Liaise daily with cold stores to align on inventory and delivery updates
  • Maintain and update stock tracker sheets with accuracy and consistency
  • Take full ownership of stock management processes
  • Support a smooth and efficient supply chain operation

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a supervisory/supply chain role
  • Strong understanding of stock accuracy, numbers, and inventory processes
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative
  • Experience working with cold store operations (preferred but not essential)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Food industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
