Talent Acquisition – Associate (Early Careers focus)

We seek a creative and energetic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in London. You will be a key member of our established European Talent Acquisition team hiring into multiple countries and locations. Your primary focus will be leading our Early Careers recruiting efforts on campuses across Europe. This involves planning graduate engagement strategies, partnering with schools, building relationships with hiring managers, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Outside of key Early Careers hiring cycles, you will also support our in-market and experienced hire recruiting activities.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the European Recruiting Leader on Early Careers hiring strategy, bringing new ideas and executing plans to meet business needs.
  • Lead hiring outside the campus cycle and graduate recruiting channels, including searches for experienced hires.
  • Source, attract, pre-screen, and engage candidates for Early Careers and experienced hire opportunities.
  • Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system in compliance with guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, sharing best practices in interview techniques.
  • Create and maintain relationships with top-tier universities and business schools across Europe, including occasional travel.
  • Gather feedback for process improvement to ensure a best-in-class hiring journey.
  • Maintain recruiting tracking databases for reporting and analysis.
  • Support other Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives in Europe and globally.

What you’ll bring

  • 2-4 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Passion and knowledge of Early Careers hiring and engaging graduate talent.
  • Experience in hiring outside Early Careers, including experienced hires.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting platforms (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights).
