Job Description
What is the opportunity?
You will be a key member of a London-based team responsible for maintaining and facilitating effective and transparent relationships and managing regulatory requests with RBC’s lead financial regulators in the UK & Europe. This role involves regular engagement with RBC’s Global Regulatory Relations function. From mid-September 2025, all employees and contractors are expected to work in the office with some flexibility for remote work up to 1 day per week.
What will you do?
- Regulatory Engagement & Maintaining Relationships: Assist in the receipt, response, and follow-up of regulatory engagements, ensuring alignment with local regulatory expectations and internal practices. Engage directly with regulators as approved.
- Governance & Reporting: Identify and escalate risk issues appropriately within RBC.
- Regulatory Advisory: Support consistent management and reporting of regulatory matters, provide updates to senior leadership, and handle confidential projects with discretion. Lead meetings with regulators and senior staff as needed.

- Strong organizational skills and experience with cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in Capital Markets, Wealth, and Asset Management.
- Experience working with regulators or in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in corporate presentations and relationship management.
