Are you an experienced and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make an impact in a supportive educational environment?
GSL Education are currently seeking enthusiastic HLTA s to join schools in Brigg. This is a fantastic opportunity to support teachers in the classroom while working closely with students to help them succeed academically and emotionally.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with classroom teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education.
Requirements for HLTA:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting, with a strong understanding of the role of an HLTA.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- A patient and proactive approach to supporting students\’ learning and well-being.
- A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
- A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
