We’re partnering with a fast-scaling digital agency trusted by major ecommerce retailers to drive exceptional growth. With a team-first culture and international backing, they’re transforming how retail brands accelerate performance through cutting-edge technology, strategy, and insight. Now they’re hiring a Digital Growth Associate Manager to support their ambitious expansion and ensure client excellence remains second to none.
The Digital Growth Associate Manager will support the day-to-day running of digital growth strategies across a range of exciting retail brands. You’ll work closely with managers, specialists and cross-channel teams to help our clients grow through smart execution, great communication, and commercial understanding
The Digital Growth Associate Manager will…
- Act as the day-to-day contact for 3–5 accounts, ensuring coordination across s360 and client teams.
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors to ensure all actions are aligned to the broader client strategy.
- Lead weekly insights and monthly reports, offering commentary on trends, targets and what to do next.
- With guidance, contribute to quarterly reviews by supporting data pulls, insight development, and presentation creation.
- Bring fresh thinking from ecommerce trends and help clients stay ahead
You will need…
- 2 years plus experience in digital, ideally within ecommerce/retail or agency environments
- Strong communication and client retention skills
- Confidence working with platforms like GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar
