Role Description:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a major real estate development project, acting as the client’s primary representative.
- Oversee all project stages from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, budget, and programme.
- Manage and coordinate external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure objectives are met while safeguarding quality, safety, and compliance.
- Review and approve key project documentation, design proposals, and cost plans on behalf of the client.
- Proactively manage risks, resolve challenges, and ensure the project remains on track.
- Monitor progress against agreed timelines, providing regular updates to the client and senior leadership.
- Represent the client in key meetings, ensuring their interests are prioritised and protected throughout the project lifecycle.
- This is an 18-month contract that might be extendable
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing large-scale real estate projects in a client-side.
