Job Description
Banking & Finance Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Up to £80,000 – REF 742848TB
This is an exciting opportunity for a Banking & Finance Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE to join a Legal 500 firm in Oxford.
The team are highly ranked by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and have specialist experience within regulatory/health & safety, financial services, construction and property disputes for both National and International clients.
The Banking & Finance Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be acting for several national secondary lenders including Asset finance companies and factoring companies in the tracing and recovery of assets.
The successful applicant may have experience in these areas but will preferably specialise in Banking & Finance.
