- Significant UK highway engineering experience undertaking schemes through the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control.
- Competency using UK standards such as DRMB, TSRGD, Manual for Street, MCHW, CDM and local authority standards.
- Ability to lead project teams through delegation and management, mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent technical expertise in the design of road alignment, pavements, signing & road marking, VRS, road safety and active travel schemes.
- Hold an appropriate professional qualification (BSc or BEng).
- A full UK driving licence.
- IEng or CEng.
