The Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit team based in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join their team.

The post holder will work as a valued member of an innovative and supportive team who contribute to the perioperative journey by delivering high quality, person-centred post-anaesthetic care to the patients of NHS Grampian. The successful candidate must be flexible to cover all areas of the theatre department, if required.

Candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the 24/7 service.

Applicants should have the ability to work well under pressure, providing safe and effective care to patients with varying levels of complexity.

Previous post-anaesthetic/critical care experience is desirable.

This is a full time post, working day and night rotation to cover a 24/7 service.

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
