Role Overview
Join the Global HR Innovations Team as a People Operations Specialist supporting Adyenβs rapid growth in North America. You will manage employee lifecycle processes, enhance HR automation and scale, ensure compliance, and provide excellent HR support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR automation and scale initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness
- Manage onboarding to off-boarding employee lifecycle activities
- Partner with Total Rewards on benefits administration and open enrollment
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and compliance with labor laws
- Act as the primary contact for People Operations inquiries
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Payroll, Legal, IT, and others
Qualifications
- 6+ years in People/HR Operations or similar roles
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and confidentiality
- Skilled in onboarding/offboarding in fast-growth environments
- Comfortable working in a global and hybrid workplace
- Innovative mindset with ability to work independently and in teams
Compensation
Salary range: $105,000 – $137,000 annually
