What you will do as a Pastry Commis Chef:
To assist the DCDP, CDP and Sous chef.
To be able to follow instructions clearly.
To be able to work well within a team.
Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent
Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety
Maintaining areas of work and machinery
Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed
Controlling the order and storage of food supplies
To be able to work under pressure as required by business levels
