Known for their reliable and high-quality service, they’re a trusted partner for clients from Aberdeen to Cornwall. The Role – Foot Mobile Commercial Plumber This is a static/mobile hybrid role covering several key commercial properties within Birmingham City Centre, all within walking distance. The successful candidate will carry out both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, with a focus on HVAC support and plantroom systems across a range of commercial buildings. Essential Commercial Plumber experience includes: * HVAC support, including filter, belt and pump changes * Plantroom maintenance * Water pumps and booster sets * Fan coil units (FCUs) and air handling units (AHUs) * General commercial plumbing maintenance – isolation, pipework, drainage, sanitaryware, etc. Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Plumber: * Conducting routine PPMs and addressing reactive plumbing/mechanical faults * Minor mechanical maintenance support where required * Covering a cluster of Birmingham city centre commercial sites (foot mobile) * Clear communication with on-site contacts and use of CAFM system for job logging * Ensuring compliance with all H&S and site-specific procedures Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Engineering * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, pumps, plantrooms and building services * Commercial FM or building maintenance experience essential * Ability to work independently and confidently across multiple sites What You’ll Get: * Salary: Up to £38,000 basic * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm * Callout rota: 1 in 6, with £100 per callout * Holidays: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays * Bonuses: Up to £3,000 performance-based annually * Opportunities for training, upskilling, and long-term progression
