We are currently working with a large residential developer that have recently won new projects around London and the south east and as a result are looking on expanding their operational team and are looking for good quality site managers with experience of working on traditional build housing.

They are due to start in the next few weeks on a 100 unit project on a prestigious site based on the outskirts of Essex which is being built and will include new amenities including schools, a community centre and a local shop as well as open spaces including parks for children

This is a fantastic opportunity and is based just outside of a large town centre with excellent transport links both through public transport and roads.

You are required to hold a valid SMSTS and First Aid certificate and will need checkable work history with a large residential developer.

This is an 8 month contract paying £200-230 per day
