We’re currently looking for a contracts manager to work on multiple projects up to £30 million on behalf of a large, successful developer working on various projects around the Reading and Crawley area.

The position is permanent and is a newly created role illustrating the growth of the company.
The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey and will have experience in the procurement of construction / infrastructure maintenance / soft and hard business / building services subcontracts and materials.

The Construction Procurement Manager will be a fully committed team worker who is able to communicate and implement procurement policy and process throughout the organisation.

Delivery focused, with the ability to organise, take ownership of problems and ensure effective solutions.
