We’re currently looking for a Contracts Manager to work on multiple projects up to £30 million on behalf of a large, successful developer working on various projects around the Reading and Crawley area.
You will be running up to three projects at any one time, with each one being over £1 million. Our client offers excellent progression opportunities.
The position is permanent and is a newly created role illustrating the growth of the company. The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey and will have experience in the procurement of construction/infrastructure maintenance, soft and hard business, and building services subcontracts and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully committed team worker who is able to communicate and implement procurement policy and processes throughout the organisation.
- Delivery focused, with the ability to organise, take ownership of problems and ensure effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent contracts management experience.
