If you are a Norwegian speaker, look no further! On behalf of an international client we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Basildon and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices. You can work from home 4 days per week and some weeks fully remote depending on which days and hours you work.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring, guiding, coaching, developing and motivating your team
• Assist with employee onboarding
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry regular
• Setting clear KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achieved
• Provide training to employees for continuous development
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role it is important that you have previous experience supervising and motivating a team. You will be required to work from either the Daventry or Basildon office, maximum 1 day per week. The company provides an excellent benefits package that includes private healthcare and a generous holiday allowance.
Profile:
• Norwegian to mother tongue standard and fluent English, both written and spoken
