Southport College is looking for a Trainer/Assessor to join our expanding Health, Care and Service Professions Department on a fixed-term basis.
As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessing candidates within the workplace. This will involve conducting visits and observations of students and Teaching Assistants in Early Years settings, providing constructive feedback and offering information, guidance, advice and pastoral support to individuals.
You will have a Level 3 qualification in a related subject, along with experience of working in an Early Years setting and liaising with employers.
You will need excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and handle caseload requirements.
A clean driving licence and access to a car is essential, as you will be visiting students in the workplace.
