Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Phoenix House, Blackpool
Salary: £29,000 – £32,525 (depending on experience)
Earnings with sleeps: £34,175 – £37,700 (based on 10 sleep-ins per month)
Welcome Bonus: £2,000
Annual Leave Entitlement: 251.1 hours
Hours: 40.5 per week
Shift Pattern: 1 shift on, 2 shifts off
Shift Times: 7 am – 11 pm with a sleep-in after each shift, leaving at 7:30 am the following day

Role Overview:
- Supporting children and young people with varied needs in a residential setting.
- Activities include cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, and managing challenging behaviours.
- Creating a positive and safe environment for the young people in care.
- Working alongside a team of professionals, including psychologists and therapy staff.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 12 months working in a residential children’s home (essential).
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
