An experienced Cloud Support Administrator is sought for a 6-month contract with a leading organisation that provides vital funding and support to public sector bodies, enabling them to implement energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects. This organisation plays a crucial role in driving sustainability and reducing carbon emissions across the UK.
My client requires a Cloud Support Administrator to provide 1st and 2nd line support, ensuring the smooth operation, administration, and maintenance of key cloud-based systems, including NetSuite and the Microsoft 365 suite. You’ll play a key role in managing user access, resolving system issues, and supporting configuration tasks.
