Role: Chef De Rang (Seasonal contract)

Salary / Rate of Pay: £26,500 per annum + Tips

What’s involved?

As a Chef De Rang you will:

• Manage your own section in the restaurant, delivering an elevated guest experience.
• Work closely with the Head Waiter and kitchen team to uphold exacting service standards.
• Showcase your knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and wines to guide guests through their dining journey.
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanour at all times and be a true ambassador for the establishment.
• Show a keen interest and ability of learning about new dishes and ingredients.

Candidates must have good references and a proven track in fine dining service in 5* or Rosette environments.
