Our client is looking for your skills to join the kitchen team in this Modern Pub. The food at this establishment is fantastic all the chefs specials are all made from scratch using the finest, freshest ingredients; everything is cooked, baked and produced within the kitchen. This pub is part of a privately-owned group so there is no reason to say that there is a definite probability of career progression.

Responsibilities

  • To take on responsibility of the kitchen.
  • Designing menus & help train junior members of team
  • Working as part of a very friendly team of Chefs
  • Cooking from fresh for up to 250 – 2000 covers a week
  • To maintain excellent food hygiene standards.
  • To learn new dishes and new styles and consistently strive to be the leading edge in food fashion.
  • Working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Own transport essential
