The food at this establishment is fantastic all the chefs specials are all made from scratch using the finest, freshest ingredients; everything is cooked, baked and produced within the kitchen. This pub is part of a privately-owned group so there is no reason to say that there is a definite probability of career progression.
Responsibilities
- To take on responsibility of the kitchen.
- Designing menus & help train junior members of team
- Working as part of a very friendly team of Chefs
- Cooking from fresh for up to 250 – 2000 covers a week
- To maintain excellent food hygiene standards.
- To learn new dishes and new styles and consistently strive to be the leading edge in food fashion.
- Working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
