My client are a growing, family-run kitchen and home furniture business with a reputation for creating unique, made-to-measure designs that perfectly reflect each client’s style and lifestyle. Every project is a one-off, and so is our service.
We’re looking for a talented Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the full customer journey, from first conversation, to design presentation, to installation. You’ll combine your creative skills with your sales expertise to deliver stunning kitchens and maximise your earnings through uncapped commission.
Your role will include:
Welcoming customers into the showroom and visiting clients in their homes
Producing creative, functional, and accurate kitchen designs using CAD (Compusoft Winner preferred but not essential)
Presenting designs confidently and demonstrating the value of our products and service
Overseeing each project from concept to completion
Building long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchen or interiors sales and design
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (CAD skills desirable)
Full driving licence and own transport
