Finance Business Partner
We're supporting an ambitious organisation as they hire a Finance Business Partner with deep pricing expertise to strengthen commercial decision making and support profitable growth. This role is heavily focused on pricing strategy, financial modelling and profitability, offering real influence and exposure to senior stakeholders across the UK business.

Lead pricing strategy across the business, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape commercial decisions and manage financial risk.

Own the development of pricing and financial models, testing sensitivities around scope, resourcing, margins and returns.

Provide pricing support for bids, proposals and negotiations, bringing clear, commercially grounded insight.

Deliver detailed client and project P&L analysis, leading regular profitability and pricing performance reviews.

Play a key role in annual pricing, rate setting and commercial planning processes.

Develop pricing tools, templates and guidance that improve consistency, governance and pricing discipline.

Analyse market and competitor trends to inform pricing decisions and commercial positioning.

Proven experience in pricing, pricing strategy or pricing focused commercial finance roles.

Advanced Excel capability and the ability to build and explain complex pricing models.
