About The Role
Team –Direct to Business Lead Generation
Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 40 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
As the Direct to Business Lead Generation Team Manager, you\’ll lead a dynamic team of 12-14 telemarketing agents. Their main role is to generate leads for healthcare consultants to provide quotes for private medical insurance policies. Your day-to-day will involve managing your team\’s performance, ensuring they meet their daily targets and KPIs with consistent quality. You\’ll be coaching, motivating and inspiring your team members daily, helping them achieve their personal development and career goals. Additionally, you\’ll handle all aspects of team management, including absence management, creating and delivering team briefs, disciplinaries, and one-to-one appraisals.
Key Actions:
- Facilitate change and promote ongoing improvement within the department
- Coach team members to reach their full potential and support with their development areas
- Lead the team to meet and exceed agreed KPIs
- Ensure we hit every goal with excellence
- Support with the recruitment of new team members
- Keep track of timekeeping and manage sickness efficiently
- Hold one-on-one performance reviews to identify growth areas
- Perform call observations and offer constructive feedback
- Create, lead and document productive team meetings
- Help to shape and deliver the department\’s strategic plan
