We’re hiring experienced Electricians to join our expanding team, working on SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) and ECO4 energy efficiency contracts across the South of England. If you’re looking for a stable, well-paid role with long-term projects and local work, this is the opportunity for you.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: Up to £48,000 per year
Company van – fully equipped and GPS-tracked
Power tools (selected) and full electrician’s uniform provided
40 hours per week – on-site
Travel time: First hour each way included – anything beyond is paid as overtime

The Role – Electrician / Domestic & Social Housing Electrician
As part of our electrical team, you will carry out installation and maintenance work within social housing, both in tenanted and void properties.
You will work closely with insulation installers and other trades on energy efficiency upgrades, including:
Electrical installations and repairs in domestic properties
Installing vents and core holes for ventilation improvements
Supporting ECO4 retrofit and SHDF-funded works
Ensuring compliance with 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations and relevant safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Experience in social housing electrical work
Skilled in working in occupied and unoccupied (void) properties
Knowledge of ECO4 retrofitting and ventilation installation is an advantage
Strong teamwork skills to work alongside insulation teams
Current & Future Projects:
Ongoing work in Liphook, Havant, Paulsgrove, and Slough
Future projects secured in Bracknell and Reading over the next 3 years
