About the role:

The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Physiologist to join our team in Surrey. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and offers a competitive hourly rate of £28 – £35. The position is set to start on 16th July 2024 and will last for 5 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and diagnostic tests.
  • Interpret and report on test results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in respiratory care and technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Clinical PFT/LFT experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS.
  • CPAP & Sleep scoring.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
