Irwin and Colton have partnered with one of the world\’s leading technology companies, with a turnover in excess of £4bn and operations in over 25 countries, to recruit a Global Health and Safety Data and Technology Manager.
In this fast-paced environment, you\’ll take ownership of the data, tools, and systems that power the organisation\’s global health and safety strategy. You\’ll also help teams identify trends and insights to reduce future risks and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the global team to collate and manage health and safety data and analyse findings.
- Report on data insights, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify emerging SafetyTech and digital solutions to enhance safety performance.
- Implement technology solutions in collaboration with the team, ensuring a smooth rollout.
- Support the wider team in managing and achieving health and safety performance targets.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with health and safety software, including data analytics and systems.
- The ability to identify trends from complex data, present findings, and recommend improvements.
- Strong data management skills, particularly in using Excel for large datasets.
- Ideally, experience applying AI solutions to simplify and automate processes where appropriate.
