Role Overview:
Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? We’re looking for a Consumer Relations Representative to join an international lifestyle and footwear brand on a 5-month fixed-term contract, starting this September.
You’ll support German-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat — assisting with product information, returns, and delivery updates. This role offers a chance to represent a globally recognized brand in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Please note: The role can be office-based (hybrid) in London or fully remote within the UK.
Responsibilities:
