Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Consumer Relations Representative to join an international lifestyle and footwear brand on a 5-month fixed-term contract, starting this September.
In this role, you’ll support Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, and live chat — assisting with product queries, orders, returns, and more. It\’s a great opportunity to work for a globally recognised brand in a dynamic and people-focused environment.
Please note: The role can be office-based (hybrid) in London or fully remote if you\’re located elsewhere in the UK.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
Providing first-class customer service in Dutch and English
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Supporting with returns, exchanges, and delivery tracking
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Acting as a brand ambassador in every interaction
What We\’re Looking For:
Fluency in Dutch (C2/native) and strong English communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Confidence using CRM systems and digital platforms
A professional, friendly, and solution-focused attitude
Must be based in the UK
