Position Summary/Overview

Leading manufacturer of over-the-counter health and hygiene products, is seeking an Integration Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Release 2, covering the UK, Italy, Spain, and Australia. This role will serve as the analytical counterpart to an overloaded Integration Lead, driving integration analysis, closing gaps, and ensuring sustainable, scalable solutions for the enterprise applications portfolio. The Integration Analyst will focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integrations with Oracle EPM, Profisee MDM, Kinaxis, Azure Data Lake, and legacy applications (e.g., Pharmacy, Cleo), with an emphasis on third-party logistics (3PL), wholesale, mobile ordering, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, possesses strong project ownership and leadership qualities, and can align integration designs with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

· Lead integration analysis for Oracle Fusion Release 2 (UK, Italy, Spain, Australia), focusing on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integrations with Oracle EPM, Profisee MDM, Kinaxis, Azure Data Lake, and legacy applications.

· Define and document integration requirements, ensuring data reconciliation and accuracy for country-specific 3PL models, mobile ordering, wholesale, and warehouse operations.

· Design sustainable integration interfaces using REST APIs, file-based methods, and SFTP, managing file exchanges across systems (e.g., drop and archive record files).

· Oversee the design and testing of integration solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned with business outcomes, not solely Oracle configurations.

· Partner closely with the Integration Lead, consulting vendor’s technical team, 3Cloud partners, and stakeholders to address integration gaps and ensure alignment with business needs.

· Support the implementation of Profisee MDM, ensuring seamless integration with Kinaxis, Oracle EPM, and Azure Data Lake.

· Conduct discovery and review processes to evaluate Phase 1 (US rollout) outcomes, applying lessons learned to improve integration strategies for Release 2.

· Present design considerations and project status to management, the PMO, and enterprise architecture teams, emphasizing business impacts and scalability.

· Support transitions from legacy applications to Oracle platforms, including EDI replacement, data migration, and reintegration with other systems.

· Adapt to changing project scope, including varied 3PL models and new country-specific requirements, while maintaining integration quality and timelines.

· Perform other projects and duties as required to support the May 1, 2026, go-live.

Education & Experience

· BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

· 5+ years of experience in integration analysis, solution design, or related roles, with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

· Proficiency in integration methods, including REST APIs, file-based integrations, SFTP, and managing file exchanges across systems.

· Experience analyzing integrations with commercial software applications (e.g., ERP, MDM, supply chain platforms) from the perspective of integrating applications, not solely Oracle platforms.

· Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Profisee MDM, Kinaxis, or Azure Data Lake is a plus.

· Understanding of complex business environments, including CPG (health, hygiene, over-the-counter products), 3PL, wholesale, mobile ordering, and warehouse operations, particularly in the UK, Italy, Spain, and Australia markets; experience with pharmacy or direct-to-consumer channels is a plus.

· Development background is a plus but not required.

· Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate project ownership, and drive integration analysis in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.
