We’re looking for a Web Developer who’s passionate about building custom WordPress websites and writing clean, maintainable code. This is an in-office role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and enjoys building bespoke digital products.
Your main focus will be developing tailored WordPress sites for our B2B clients not off-the-shelf themes, but fully custom builds designed for clarity, performance, and flexibility.
Please note all our roles are based 5 days per week in our Chester City Centre offices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain bespoke WordPress themes
- Convert Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code
- Create flexible, component-based content blocks using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
- Use JavaScript to add interactivity and front-end logic to websites
- Compile and manage stylesheets/scripts with tools like Gulp and Sass
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all builds
- Collaborate closely with our 3D, Copy, Video, Designers and Client Services teams to deliver great work on time
Please note this role will be based 5 days per week at our Chester City Centre offices.
Responsibilities
- Produce professional grade video content to support corporate initiatives, from marketing campaigns and product launches to internal communications.
- Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished final products.
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and plan video projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing.
- Maintain and organise video assets and archives for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and video editing techniques to continuously enhance the quality of our content.

£30-35,000 salary (DOE)
