Our client is an international IT Service Provider seeking a Tech Bar End User Support Analyst to support a key customer in Macclesfield.

Duration: 3 months
Location: Macclesfield
Role:
- Provide face-to-face end-user support with a focus on delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent communication with the IT support team and keep customers informed.
- Possess proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Active Directory, software deployment (SMS, SCCM), Group Policy, and remote control methods.
- Support Windows 10, Office 365, MS Intune, and Lenovo hardware.
- Support Apple Mac OS and iOS software (desirable).
- Experience in deploying mobile devices (desirable).
- Support Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams.
- Experience with cloud storage solutions such as MS OneDrive and Box.
- Knowledge of enterprise antivirus software.
- Understand asset management and updating asset inventories.
- Experience with ServiceNow (desirable).
- Work in a customer-oriented support role, including manning a drop-in desk and performing floor walking to support customers at their workspace.
