Job Description
Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours) – Fixed Term (03/08/2026)\\n\\nLocation: Brighton Head Office – hybrid working\\n\\nSalary: up to £32,000 per annum\\n\\nAs a Student Conversion Advisor, you would be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support to International Students. This would involve offering advice on pending conditions, securing confirmations, fee payments, visa requirements, travel preparation, course information & accommodation.\\nYou will need to be friendly, helpful, and professional in all interactions with students to ensure that they are receiving the best possible service.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will need proven ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken Spanish and Portuguese, with strong linguistic accuracy and cultural awareness.\\n\\nABOUT THE ROLE\\n\\n * Support students who have received an offer and confirmed their place at their study centre choice, including providing advice on all aspects of the next steps to start their course\\n\\n * Provide information to students on clearing remaining academic or other application criteria, visa application, accommodation options, destination information\\n\\n * Present and prepare student arrival workshops and student networking events\\n\\n * Work alongside admissions and campus staff to assist in a smooth transition to the study centre for the student\\n\\n * Maximising conversion rates from Offer Issued to arrival\\n\\nABOUT YOU\\n\\n * Proven ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken Spanish and/or Portuguese, with strong linguistic accuracy (essential)\\n\\n * Knowledge of overseas education systems (UK, Ireland & North America)\\n\\n * Knowledge of the Student Visa Regulations (Tier 4)\\n\\n * Outstanding Customer-service oriented approach\\n\\n * Experience in using Salesforce CRM & PureCloud telephony system\\n\\n * Tertiary educated, preferably with relevant experience\\n\\n * Excellent attention to detail and communication skills\\n\\n * Calling / Industry experience\\n\\nABOUT US\\n\\nStudy Group is a leading international education provider that is dedicated and passionate about helping students around the world, creating a brighter future and reaching their full potential.
