The Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to join the digital team and help shape the brand's online customer journey. This role will focus on optimising the website experience, maintaining engaging product and service listings and ensuring seamless digital touchpoints across multiple regions.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive online trading performance, enhance digital merchandising and support marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury retail and a flair for detail to make a tangible impact on a growing eCommerce operation.

Skills & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day trading of UK, US websites, ensuring products and experiences are presented to the highest standard.
  • Monitor online performance metrics (conversion, AOV, sales) and suggest improvements to maximise results.
  • Perform regular site checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong brand presentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, CRM and SEO teams to deliver engaging content, promotional activity, and optimised product pages.
  • Assist in launching new collections and seasonal campaigns with precise execution.
  • Maintain spa and wellness service listings online, ensuring information is accurate and inspiring.
  • Contribute to the brand's CRO testing programme and digital innovation roadmap.
  • Keep a close eye on competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas to improve customer experience

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years' experience in eCommerce, online trading or merchandising (B2C).
  • Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting online performance data.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Magento (advantageous) and SEO best practices (beneficial).
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
