AWARE NI is seeking a part-time Administrator for its Support Services team in Derry/Londonderry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team making an impact for mental health across Northern Ireland.

Job Purpose

The role will be focused on supporting the administration of AWARE’s Support Services team as well as providing reception services but will have the opportunity to work with other administrators in supporting the wider work of the organisation.

The key focus of the post will be:

  • Responding to general enquiries to the organisation and specific Support Services enquiries.
  • Promoting our services through disseminating information and literature, and linking in with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the team with general office duties, such as preparing packs and resources for support groups.
  • Inputting and monitoring of data for the team using our Salesforce system for contacts, attendance, events and relevant inputs.
  • Support with organising and admin needs for Volunteer Events and Public Talks.
  • Sending resources and information out to colleagues in the community & voluntary, statutory and private sectors.
  • Assisting with support calls from the public.
  • Managing the reception area and greeting visitors.
