Salary: Β£ 33,893.23 rising to Β£ Β£37,568.82 when role objectives are reached
Contract: Full time & Permanent (37.5hrs)

The Opportunity:
As an All-Quality Events (AQE) Quality Support within Building Construction Products (BCP), you will coordinate and oversee quality-related activities. This includes investigating, documenting, analysing, and resolving quality issues to support production excellence.
What you will do:
As a Quality Support, you are accountable for, but not limited to:

Lead Continuous Improvement: Collect defect data, update quality checks, and suggest ideas to improve assembly processes.

Quality Management: Log and track quality issues, identify defects for repair, and support the implementation of CQMS standards.

Metrics and Reporting: Generate and share quality metrics, ensuring they align with corporate processes and support decision-making.

Incident Response: Respond to quality incidents, support built-in quality (BIQ) processes, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Health, Safety, and Training: Follow health and safety policies, report incidents, and support training and development activities.
